How do I book a car through the app?
Once the TransUs Drives mobile app launches, simply download it from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, browse available vehicles, select your pickup and return dates, and confirm your booking. Payment is processed securely within the app.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license, a credit or debit card in your name, and proof of insurance. International customers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their license.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation through the app. Cancellation policies vary by booking type. Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before pickup for most bookings.
What insurance options are available?
We offer comprehensive insurance coverage including collision damage waiver, liability protection, personal accident insurance, and roadside assistance. You can select your preferred coverage level during booking.
What if I have issues during my rental?
Our 24/7 customer support team is available via phone, email, or in-app chat. For roadside emergencies, use the emergency assistance feature in the app for immediate help.
Are there age restrictions for renting?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Some premium vehicles may have higher age requirements.
What is your fuel policy?
We operate on a full-to-full fuel policy. You'll receive the car with a full tank and should return it full. Alternatively, you can pre-purchase fuel at competitive rates during booking.
