Creating an Account

• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• •One account per person; you may not share or transfer your account

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• •You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• •You provide false or misleading information
• •You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• •Outstanding payments or unresolved disputes

Booking and Reservation

• •All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• •Prices are displayed in USD and may vary based on location, season, and demand
• •A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation
• •Reservation confirmation will be sent via email and in-app notification

Driver Requirements

• ✓Minimum age: 21 years (25 for premium vehicles)
• ✓Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
• ✓Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
• ✓Valid insurance coverage or purchase of our insurance options
• ✓International drivers must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP)

Vehicle Use and Restrictions

You agree to:

• ✓Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
• ✓Operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
• ✓Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• ✓Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as received
• ✓Report any accidents, damage, or theft immediately

Pricing and Payment

• •Rental rates include the base vehicle cost and applicable taxes
• •Additional fees may apply for insurance, fuel, extra drivers, or equipment
• •Payment is processed at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup
• •A security deposit may be held on your payment card during the rental period

Additional Charges

You may be charged for:

• •Late returns (hourly or daily rate)
• •Excess mileage beyond the agreed limit
• •Fuel if not returned at the same level
• •Cleaning fees for excessively dirty vehicles
• •Damage, accidents, or traffic violations
• •Toll road fees and parking tickets

Your Liability

You are responsible for:

• •All damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• •Loss or theft of the vehicle, keys, or accessories
• •Traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll fees incurred
• •Mechanical damage caused by misuse or negligence

Insurance Coverage

We offer various insurance options:

• •Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Reduces your liability for vehicle damage
• •Liability Protection: Covers third-party injury or property damage
• •Personal Accident Insurance: Covers medical expenses for you and passengers
• •Roadside Assistance: 24/7 emergency support for breakdowns

Insurance coverage details and exclusions are provided in your rental agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules
